    • An object of the present invention is to provide an electric actuator having a structure capable of reducing an external force or impact acting on a screw shaft when a piston rod is at a stretched position.An electric actuator 1 includes a first port 6, a second port 7, and a cylinder chamber connecting passage 9. The first port 6 is formed on an inner face of a rod-side cylinder chamber 5a of a cylinder body 2. The second port is formed on an inner face of a head-side cylinder chamber 5b of the cylinder body 2. the cylinder chamber connecting passage 9 connects the first port 6 and the second port 7. In the electric actuator 1, a piston part 4a of a piston rod 4 closes the first port 6 when the piston rod 4 advances.

    • A fluid is supplied and discharged to and from a cylinder. A body portion is fixed to a fixed-side structure, and the cylinder is provided integrally with the body portion. A piston defines a cylinder chamber inside the cylinder and slides on an inner wall of the cylinder. A rod is provided integrally with the piston and is displaced so as to extend from and contract into the cylinder. A link member is installed parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder or installed so as to extend obliquely to a direction parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder, and a first end of the link member is pivotably connected to a movable-side structure. A connecting member is fixed to the rod, and a second end of the link member is pivotably connected to the connecting member.

    • In a servo control apparatus wherein a load is controlled by a deviation between a command signal corresponding to a target value and a detected position signal of an actuator of a servo system and which has a plurality of the servo systems arranged in parallel with respect to the load, the servo control apparatus comprising: a forward circuit for producing a signal that changes in response to an external force exerted on the actuator; first feedback circuit for detecting the signal of the forward circuit and feeding the same back to the command signal; and second feedback circuit for feeding the detected position signal of the actuator back to the command signal, producing a deviation signal representative of a deviation between the position signal and the command signal, integrating the deviation signal, and inputting the integrated signal to the forward circuit.
