摘要： A sheet folding apparatus includes an adjuster which supports a stack of sheets stacked on an inclined surface of a sheet path and adjusts a position of the stack of sheets along the inclined surface, a stapler which staples the stack of sheets set at a stapling position, a folding unit which folds the stack of sheets set at a folding position, and a guide provided between the stapler and the folding unit. The stapler ejects a staple from a staple surface by sinking from the inclined surface. The folding unit includes folding rollers and a folding blade which inserts the stack of sheets into a nip between the folding rollers. The guide includes a loading surface offset from the staple surface and an uprising member which is disposed on a part of the loading surface to keep the stack of sheets symmetric with respect to the folding rollers.

摘要： A sheet post-processing apparatus discharges and conveys a sheet from a process tray to a storage tray, and decelerates a bundle hook and a paper discharge roller when the bundle hook reaches a discharge start position of a bundle of sheets. At this time, a tangential speed of the paper discharge roller is faster than a movement speed of the bundle hook. Subsequently, the sheet post-processing apparatus stops the paper discharge roller in accordance with a rotation position of the bundle hook, and then decelerates the movement speed of the bundle hook. After the sheets are stacked on the storage tray, the bundle hook accelerates to return to a home position. Additionally, the sheet post-processing apparatus includes a spool 17 having a sheet pressing guide member 16 with a bent portion 16A. When the sheets are conveyed to a process tray 13, the spool 17 is rotated forward to longitudinally align the sheets and then is backwardly rotated to press the sheets using elastic force of the sheet pressing guide member 16, thereby preventing a gap from occurring between the sheets or preventing the sheets from being misaligned.

摘要： A sheet processing apparatus comprises a processing tray for loading a sheet bundle, a first conveying unit having a rotary shaft which is installed at least at the end on the downstream side in the direction for moving the sheet bundle on the processing tray and is driven to rotate via a first drive source and a drive unit and a roller installed on the rotary shaft for loading and conveying the sheet bundle and discharging the sheet bundle from the end on the downstream side and from the processing tray, and a second conveying unit having a pair of pulleys having at least one of them installed rotatably on the rotary shaft on the downstream side driven to rotate via a second drive source and a drive unit, a belt stretched over the pair of pulleys, and an arm installed on the belt for hooking an end of the sheet bundle on the processing tray, conveying it together with the roller, and discharging the sheet bundle from the end on the downstream side and from the processing tray. The arm of the second conveying unit synchronizes the speed when moving along the straight portion of the belt with the rotational speed of the roller of the first conveying unit and changes the speed when moving in the peripheral direction of the pulley on the downstream side among the pair of pulleys from the rotational speed of the roller.

A plating layer that is a cause of magnetic resistance is not formed on the yoke, whereby the deterioration in magnetic characteristics at the yoke is prevented to thereby be capable of obtaining magnetic characteristics required for high-speed printing.
