摘要： Breakage of a ring core or a bobbin upon injection molding of molten resin is to be prevented in a method of manufacturing a reactor including the ring core. A reactor includes a ring core, a bobbin, a pair of coils, and a plastic cover. The bobbin includes a pair of cylinder portions, and flanges connecting ends of the cylinder portions. The reactor is manufactured by following processes. First protrusions that make contact with an inner circumferential surface of the ring core are provided on outer sides of the flanges along a cylinder axis direction. Second protrusions are provided at positions facing the corresponding first protrusions across the ring core are provided on a cavity surface of a mold that forms the plastic cover by injection molding. The plastic cover is formed by injecting molten resin into the mold while clamping the ring core by the first and second protrusions.

摘要： A front pillar garnish includes an ornamental head portion having an inward end, a groove wall protruding the ornamental head portion toward a window pane and defining a rain water gutter in cooperation with a surface of the window pane, and amounting leg portion protruding from the ornamental head portion toward a gap between the window pain and a front pillar for mounting the front pillar garnish. The groove wall includes first and second groove walls respectively positioned at an upper side and a lower side in a longitudinal direction of the front pillar garnish. A maximum distance in a direction toward an outer peripheral end face of the window pane from the inward end of the ornamental head portion to the second groove wall is larger than a maximum distance from the inward end of the ornamental head portion to the first groove wall.

摘要： A device for reducing air resistance of a vehicle includes a front bumper, a bumper spoiler, and a mounting piece. The bumper spoiler includes a main body section and a mounting base section which protrudes from a reverse side of the main body section. The mounting base section is made of rigid material capable of being elastically deformed and harder than the main body section. The main body section and the mounting base section are integrally joined to each other. The mounting base section has a first mounting section and a second mounting section. The first mounting section is inserted into and elastically engaged with a first mounting hole of the bumper, thereby being temporarily fixed to the bumper. The second mounting section is inserted into the second mounting hole of the bumper to be finally fixed to the bumper by the mounting piece.
