    • A rotation measuring device 10 including a proximity switch 14 detecting rotational speed of an object to be measured, a controller 11 receiving pulse signals from the switch 14, and a display 34 connected to the controller 11, the controller 11 including a rotational speed calculation means, the device 10 calculating the rotational speed based on the pulse signals by the rotational speed calculation means and indicating the rotational speed on the display 34, the controller 11 including: a standard rotational speed setting means for setting a measured rotational speed as a standard rotational speed by button operation; an upper and lower limits setting means for setting maximum and minimum rotational speeds based on the standard rotational speed; and a warning signal generating means generating warning signal outputs when the rotational speed is over the maximum rotational speed or below the minimum rotational speed.

Provided is a wiping unit having a wiping blade that performs wiping cleaning with respect to a recording head, including a first cleaning portion that cleans the wiping blade after performing the wiping cleaning, a second cleaning portion that performs secondary cleaning after passing through the first cleaning portion, and a blade transport portion that allows the wiping blade to move between the recording head, and the first cleaning portion and the second cleaning portion, in which the first cleaning portion and the second cleaning portion respectively include a cleaning tank which is filled with a detergent and in which the wiping blade is soaked in the detergent, and a blade wiping portion having a blade wiping member containing the detergent, which wipes a surface of the wiping blade having passed through the cleaning tank.

    • A vehicle control apparatus has a control unit for controlling an engine based on an engine control program and a control unit for controlling a transmission based on a transmission control program. The control units share a predetermined control data such as an engine rotation speed as a shared data. Forwarding a data from the control unit which provides the shared data to the control unit which receives the shared data is effected through shared memories provided separately from storage areas in which all the control data to be used by the control units in respective control operations are stored. Even if the system has different configurations, the addresses to be accessed for sharing the control data between the control units are the same so that the same control programs can be used.
