摘要： A fuel cell having an oxygen-containing gas flow field and a fuel gas flow field, an oxygen-containing gas supply apparatus for supplying an oxygen-containing gas to the oxygen-containing gas flow field, a fuel gas supply apparatus for supplying a fuel gas to the fuel gas flow field, a scavenging gas supply apparatus for supplying air as a scavenging gas to the fuel gas flow field, and a controller are provided. The controller includes a voltage detection unit for detecting the voltage of the fuel cell after operation of the fuel cell is stopped and a scavenging control unit for starting scavenging in the fuel gas flow field by the scavenging gas supply apparatus after the detected voltage is decreased temporarily, increased, and decreased again to become a preset voltage or less.

摘要： When it is detected that the temperature of the fuel cell stack is at the freezing temperature of water or less (step S1), an operation mode using a freezing temperature starting up operation control map is selected (step S2). Freezing temperature starting up operation of the fuel cell stack is performed according to the freezing temperature starting up operation control map (step S3). Then, when it is detected that the temperature of the fuel cell stack exceeds the freezing temperature (step S4), the operation mode using the freezing temperature starting up operation control map is switched to an operation mode using a normal starting up operation control map (step S5). Thus, normal starting up operation is performed according to the normal starting up control map (step S6).

摘要： An improved telephone set of the type including a telephone body and a handset adapted to be placed on the former wherein the telephone set includes features which prevents displacement of the handset from the telephone body. The telephone body has a pair of engagement blocks incorporated therein of which part is projected outwardly of the telephone body and they are fitted into engagement recesses on the handset whereby the latter is firmly placed on the telephone body. At least the one engagement block has an engagement face which is adapted to come in contact with the engagement portion in the corresponding engagement recess, wherein each engagement block includes a pawl portion. Displacement of the handset occurs by displacing one of the pawl portions out of its respective engagement recess followed by displacement of the handset in a second direction which is different from the first direction which causes the displacement of the other pawl portion out of its respective engagement recess. Thus, the handset is reliably held on the telephone body.

摘要： A battery controller that performs current limitation in consideration of limitation on other components than a battery main body and the state of health of a battery is provided. A battery controller limits a battery current using allowable average current information describing current average values respectively allowed for a plurality of time windows. When the battery is deteriorated, an allowable average current obtained by subtraction in response to the state of health is used. Further, when the battery current exceeds an upper limit value stored in advance, the battery current is controlled with the upper limit reduced by the excessive amount.
