    • The connector to be mated with a mating connector has a connector housing receiving a terminal and fixing members for fixing the terminal, a case receiving the connector housing, and an abutment member vertically arranged in the case so that the abutment member is positioned at the end portion of the connector housing away from the mating connector, and abutting on the fixing member received in the end portion of the connector housing so as to prevent the terminal from moving in a longitudinal direction of the terminal. Thus, the connector can reduce the number of parts and simplify structure thereof. Furthermore, the connector can be assembled and disassembled at short time.

    • To provide a connector of which cover is easily opened even when the cover is firmly fixed to a housing due to freezing, and cannot be opened by only biasing force of a spring. A connector 1 includes: a housing 2; a cover 3 pivotally supported by the housing 2, and opening and closing openings 21a, 22a of the housing 2; and a lock 4 pivotally supported by the housing 2 and keeping the cover 3 covering the openings 21a, 22a by hooking on an edge 33 of the cover 3 covering the openings 21a, 22a. The lock 4 is provided with a base 40, a pushing claw 42, and a projection 43. The connector 1 is formed so that the edge 33 of the cover 3 positioned between the pushing claw 42 and the projection 43 is overlapped with a rotation track of the projection 43.

    • A test method that provides data useful in predicting the probability of onset of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is described along with a kit for performing the method, and a pharmaceutical preparation and a molecular targeted therapy for treating or preventing GVHD. The test method includes measuring the blood DNAM-1 concentration of a patient of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from bone marrow or the like over a period after the transplantation to provide data concerning the transition of the concentration to an abnormally high level deviating from the normal range, whereby the probability of the development of acute graft-versus-host disease is predicted, the risk of the development is estimated, or therapeutic effects after the development are evaluated. Concerning the molecular targeted therapy and pharmaceutical preparation used therefor wherein blood DNAM-1 of a GVHD patient or a graft recipient that is a possible patient is used as a target molecule, GVHD is treated or prevented by administering an anti-DNAM-1 antibody that is a neutralizing antibody.
