摘要： The present invention provides a gas barrier film having high barrier properties, folding/bending resistance and smoothness and excellent cutting suitability, and also provides an organic photoelectric conversion element equipped with the gas barrier film. The gas barrier film is characterized by having a gas barrier layer unit (5) on a side face of at least one surface of a base material (2), wherein the gas barrier layer unit (5) comprises a first barrier layer (3) formed by a chemical vapor deposition method and a second barrier layer (4) formed by applying a silicon compound onto the first barrier layer (3) to form a coating film and modifying the coating film, and wherein the second barrier layer (4) has an unmodified region (4B) on a side facing the base material and a modified region (4A) on a side facing the front layer of the film.

摘要： Disclosed is a gas barrier film which uses a polymerizable inorganic compound and has both high barrier property and high surface smoothness. Also disclosed are a resin base for organic electroluminescent devices using such a gas barrier film, an organic electroluminescent device and a method for producing a gas barrier film. The gas barrier film is characterized by comprising at least one ceramic film and a coating layer, which is formed through application of a coating liquid containing a polymerizable inorganic compound, on a resin film in this order. The gas barrier film is further characterized in that the ceramic film has a residual stress of not less than 0.01 MPa but not more than 20 MPa.

摘要： On a head section connected to a distal end of an inserter of an endoscope, an air/water nozzle, an observation window and a ring projection are provided. On the ring projection, a first inclined plane and a vertical plane are formed. The first inclined plane inclines such that the outer diameter thereof gradually decreases from the top surface of the observation window toward a flat surface. The vertical plane is positioned at the counter side from the air/water nozzle across the observation window. Fluid injected from the air/water nozzle hits the first inclined plane and spreads to pass over the observation window. The vertical plane stops backflow of a water drop on the flat surface toward the observation window, so as to prevent that the water drop reaches on the top surface of the observation window.

摘要： A solar cell module device includes a solar cell module formed by arranging plural solar battery cells; a reinforcing frame arranged on a back surface of the solar cell module; and a buffer material made of a rigid material and arranged between the solar cell module and the reinforcing frame. The buffer material has a size not causing the back surface of the solar cell module to come in contact with the reinforcing frame when the solar cell module is bent relative to a length of the reinforcing frame in a longitudinal direction. Therefore, the reinforcing frame does not bury into the buffer material, moreover, the buffer material does not abrade by coming in contact with the reinforcing frame.
