    • Apparatus administration system includes control device that controls operation of apparatuses and display device communicable with the control device. In the control device, control unit controls each apparatus in accordance with operation schedule stored in schedule storage unit. Operation history storage unit stores operation history in which past operation states are associated with operated dates and times. In the display device, information acquisition unit acquires the operation schedule and the operation history from the control device. Date and time setting unit specifies past date and time to set as set date and time. Estimation unit estimates operation state at the set date and time through the operation schedule. Extraction unit extracts actual operation state at the set date and time from the operation history. Display unit displays the operation state under schedule control and the actual operation state adjacently.

    • The apparatus management system includes a plurality of environmental control apparatuses, a power supply regulation device and a mobile terminal. Each of the environmental control apparatuses is assigned first identification information for physically distinguishing and logical second identification information. The power supply regulation device regulates the respective power supply to the environmental control apparatuses according to apparatus operation information. The mobile terminal includes a terminal-side storage section for storing a conversion table indicative of the correspondence between the first identification information and the second identification; and a conversion section for extracting, from the conversion table, the second identification information corresponding to the inputted first identification information. The mobile terminal includes an apparatus operation setting section for setting the apparatus operation information in association with the second identification information; and a terminal-side communication section for transmitting the apparatus operation information to the power supply regulation device via wireless communication.

    • An environmental apparatus control system assures a consistent temperature control for realizing a comfortable residential environment based upon demands from the residents, yet in an energy-saving manner. The system includes an apparatus for controlling a residential space, and an initializer which provides an initial target value for control of the residential space at the start of operating the system. Comfortableness demands from residents are analyzed in order modify the initial target value to a working target value. The initial target value is shifted in a direction of saving the energy such that the working target value can always approach from and settle on the energy-saving side as the demands from the residents are analyzed. The working target values within a past time period are weighted to give a corrected target value which replaces the initial target value for the start of next operation cycle of the system.
