摘要： A semiconductor device for absorbing a noise comprises a first and second buffer. The first and second buffers receive an external signal having a rising edge and a falling edge, and performs waveform shaping thereof to produce an output signal. The first buffer, which issues an output signal for controlling the internal circuits of a chip of the semiconductor device so as to make the chip's internal circuits active/stand-by, is not sensitive to the rising edge of the external signal, but is sensitive to the falling edge of the same external signal. The second buffer, which issues an output signal for controlling an output circuit of a chip of the semiconductor device so as to make the output circuit active/stand-by, is sensitive to both the rising and the falling edges of the external signal.

摘要： An X-ray CT apparatus which executes a first X-ray tomography on a sectional plane having a desirable thickness in an object to be examined (0) with the object interposed between an X-ray generator (1) and a two-dimensional X-ray image sensor (2) provided so as to hold their mutual facing positional relation, and also executes a second X-ray tomography for obtaining a CT image of the interested area of the object (0). The first X-ray tomography is executed on the object (0) while the object (0) is held and fixed by an object holder (4) with the center of the orbit of the X-ray circulating radiation fixed, and while the object holder (4) is moved by an object mover (5) along the X-ray sectional image forming path according to the rotary angle of the X-ray circulating radiation.

摘要： A motor controller for a dental handpiece comprising a torque detection means for detecting the load torque applied to a cutting tool, and a control means for stopping a cutting tool drive motor, reducing the rotation speed of the motor or temporarily reversing the motor when the detected load torque has reached a preset reference torque. With this controller, a cutting tool such as a relatively slender file for root canal formation can be prevented from breaking.
