    • A stencil printing ink container comprises a cylinder, an area of one end of the cylinder, which area is other than an ink discharge opening section, being closed with an end wall, the other end of the cylinder being open, and a piston, which undergoes a sliding movement in an axial direction of the cylinder and along its inner circumferential surface. The ink container is filled with ink having a viscosity of at most 7.5 Pa·s with respect to a shear rate of 100 sec−1 and at 23° C. and satisfies a specific relationship among an inside radius of the cylinder, an inside radius of the ink discharge opening section, a length of the ink discharge opening section, a weight of the ink filled in the ink container, a sliding movement starting load of the piston, and the viscosity of the ink.

    • In an ink residue calculating method where the ink residue is calculated by obtaining ink discharge discharged from an ink container on the basis of the number of rotations of a drive motor of an ink supply pump which sucks ink from the ink container and discharges the same and cumulatively subtracting the ink discharge discharged from the ink container from the total ink volume accommodated in the ink container, the ink residue is accurately calculated even if the kind of ink changes. The kind data of the ink is obtained by reading out from the storage means (5) of the ink container (4), the ink discharge of the ink supply pump per unit rotation of the drive motor for standard ink is corrected on the basis of the kind of the ink obtained by the ink residue calculating means (22), and the ink residue is calculated by cumulatively subtracting the value obtained by multiplying the corrected ink discharge by the working time from the total ink volume accommodated in the ink container (4).

    • An inkjet ink is provided, which produces a print that does not stick to a print printed by a plane paper copier or a laser printer even when these prints are laid on each other with the printed surfaces thereof facing each other. The inkjet ink comprises at least a pigment and a solvent, wherein 30 to 70% by weight of the solvent is constituted by a non-polar solvent, and 20% by weight or more of the solvent is constituted by an ester solvent having an α value of 6° to 8°, preferably 7° to 8°. Preferably, the ester solvent is at least one member selected from the group consisting of isooctyl palmitate, isooctyl isopalmitate and 2-octyldodecyl pivalate.
