摘要： A conductive powder is provided in which particles having silicon crystallites dispersed in a silicon compound are coated on their surface with carbon. The conductive powder develops a diffraction peak assigned to Si(111) around 2θ=28.4° on x-ray diffractometry (Cu—Kα) using copper as the counter cathode, the peak having a half width of at least 1.0°, and has a specific resistance of up to 50 mΩ. The powder is used as a negative electrode material to construct a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, which has a high charge/discharge capacity and improved cycle performance.

The particulate substance 22 can adhere to the surface of the porous film 12 by electrostatic attraction. The porous film 12 can further include a heat-resistant porous layer 18 between the polyolefin layer 16 and the lubricant layer 14. The separator 4 allows a winding core for the lithium secondary battery to be pulled out smoothly.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for producing a laminated porous film comprising a porous film substrate and a heat-resistant layer. The method comprises forming a heat-resistant layer mainly comprising a filler on the surface of the porous film substrate by applying a coating slurry comprising a solvent, a binder resin and the filler to the surface of the porous film substrate and then removing the solvent, wherein the coating slurry is prepared so as to have a contact angle of 75° or more with an untreated porous film substrate, and the method comprises conducting surface treatment of a porous film substrate so that the contact angle of the coating slurry with the porous film substrate can be 65° or less before applying the coating slurry to the surface of the porous film substrate.
