摘要： There is provided a metal/ceramic bonding substrate capable of preventing the reverse thereof from greatly warping so as to be concave even if it is heated for soldering. In the metal/ceramic bonding substrate, a metal circuit plate 12 is bonded to one side of a ceramic substrate 10, and a heat sink plate (metal base plate) 14 is bonded to the other side thereof. On the heat sink plate 14, a work-hardened layer 16 is formed by shot peening. On the metal circuit plate 12 of the metal/ceramic bonding substrate, semiconductor chips (Si chips) 18 are soldered (solder layer 20). Then, a power module is produced by a predetermined process. On the reverse (the side of the work-hardened layer 16) of the power module, a radiating fin 26 is mounted via a thermal grease 24 by means of screws 22 or the like.

A master device (110) references a source/sink device function management table (200) and a band management table (300) and controls the video and audio bands for the source and sink devices during transmission of multiple video and audio signals. When a band that is kept is changed, the master device (110) also confirms the status of a transmission path (100) and the content usage conditions of sink devices (140, 150) and controls the band. For example, when the master device (110) outputs two sets of video and audio in one set, the band is changed to one band in which the two sets of video and audio are synthesized.

摘要： A data player for reading contents encrypted by a decoding key from a digital medium, and playing the encrypted contents by using the decoding key which is stored in a key storage unit, comprises: a key obtaining unit for performing mutual authentication with the key storage unit to obtain the decoding key stored in the key storage unit; a key holding unit for holding the decoding key; a playback state obtaining unit for monitoring the playback state of the digital medium; and a contents decoding unit for decoding the encrypted contents by using the decoding key. The decoding key is obtained by the key obtaining unit and stored in the key holding unit, and the encrypted contents read from the digital medium is decoded with the decoding key by the contents decoding unit to play the contents. The decoding key stored in the key holding unit is discarded according to the playback state of the digital medium which is obtained by the playback state obtaining unit.
