    • In a manufacturing method of a display device where a photosensitive material film formed on a light-transmitting film is divided into a plurality of small regions and the respective small regions of the photosensitive material film are sequentially exposed, it is possible to decrease the deviation of a focal point of light to be radiated to each small region. The focal point of the light is decided such that the whole exposure subject region of the photosensitive material film is divided into a plurality of length measurement unit regions, and the focal point is determined based on a distance from an optical system of an exposure device to the photosensitive material film which is measured for every length measurement unit region, and an opaque conductive layer is formed in each length measurement unit region prior to the formation of the light-transmitting film.
