摘要： In a printing system capable of selectively performing duplex printing and simplex printing, a switching unit switches a sheet travel path between a first path and a second path parallel to each other, and reverses the sides of a sheet that passes along the first path. In the duplex printing, a sheet is printed on a first side by a first printing apparatus, reversed by the switching unit, and printed on a second side reverse of the first side by a second printing apparatus. In the simplex printing, only one side of a sheet is printed by the first printing apparatus and/or second printing apparatus. First and second input units introduce sheets into the first and second paths, respectively; and first and second output units receive printed sheets that have traveled along the first and/or second paths.

摘要： This invention relates to a printing apparatus and a conveyance control method capable of allowing even an arrangement having a plurality of conveyance rollers in a printing medium conveyance path to accurately control conveyance of a printing medium. A pattern having a predetermined uniform density is printed on a printing medium a plurality of number of times by using a printhead while conveying the printing medium and changing the conveyance amount by a small amount. A conveyance correction amount obtained on the basis of the conveyance amount upon printing a pattern selected from a plurality of printed pattern is stored in a storage medium. Conveyance of the printing medium is controlled while correcting the conveyance amount of the printing medium by the conveyance means on the basis of the conveyance correction amount stored in the storage means.

The foam sheet for a car interior member according to the invention comprises a modified polyphenylene ether-based resin foam sheet having an open cell ratio of 50% or more, and the modified polyphenylene ether-based resin foam sheet has pore portions formed in a single face thereof so as to be open to the face thereof. Accordingly, vibration energy of sounds is smoothly induced through the pore portions to the open cells of the foam sheet 1 to vibrate cell walls of the open cells, thereby converting the vibration energy to thermal energy. Thus, an excellent sound absorbency is exhibited.
