摘要： A MMR system for publishing comprises a plurality of mobile devices, an MMR gateway, an MMR matching unit and an MMR publisher. The mobile devices send retrieval requests including image queries and other contextual information. The MMR gateway processes the retrieval request from the mobile devices and then generates an image query that is passed on to the MMR matching unit. The MMR matching unit receives an image query from the MMR gateway and sends it to one or more of the recognition units to identify a result including a document, the page and the location on the page. The MMR matching unit includes an image registration unit that receives new content from the MMR publisher and updates the index table of the MMR matching unit. A method for automatically registering images and other data with the MMR matching unit, a method for dynamic load balancing and a method for image-feature-based queue ordering are also included.

摘要： In a method and an apparatus for removing an image forming substance such as toner from an image holding member such as a sheet of transfer paper, an unstabilizing agent is provided to the image holding member. 摘要： Disclosed is an improved wire measuring apparatus comprising a wire guide roller mechanism 3 and a looper 5 to push down a fed wire to a descending position, thereby measuring the length of wire in terms of descending position at which the wire is held by the looper 5. The wire guide roller mechanism 3 comprises a frame, first, second and third guide rollers 6, 7 and 8 rotatably fixed to the frame. The first and third guide rollers 6 and 8 rotate in same direction, and the second guide roller 7 rotates in an opposite direction both in pulling the wire forward and backward. Also, the whole guide roller arrangement is designed to incline and follow the increasing or decreasing inclination of wire length ahead of the third guide roller. Thus, the wire curling inclination can be reduced from the measured wire. The second guide roller acts to reduce the effect of the wires bending around the first guide roller and the wires extend tangentially from the third guide roller.
