    • First and second outlet ports are connected to an inlet port. A first valve member selectively blocks and unblocks the first outlet port. A second valve member selectively blocks and unblocks the second outlet port. A first device urges the first valve member. A second device urges the second valve member. A movable member disposed between the first and second valve members allows a force of the first urging device to travel to the second valve member. The movable member can be driven by a solenoid winding. When the solenoid winding is deenergized, the first valve member is moved to its open position by the first urging device and the second valve member is moved against a force of the second urging device to its open position by the first urging device. When the solenoid winding is energized, the first valve member is moved against the force of the first urging device to its closed position by the movable member and the second valve member is moved to its closed position by the second urging device.

    • A cable connector apparatus comprises a case, defining first (6) and second compartments (10) therein; a rotary member (1) accommodated in the first compartment (6); a stationary member (3) accommodated in the second compartment (6); a flexible cable (7) having one end connected to the rotary member (1) and the other end connected to the stationary member (3), the flexible cable (7) being wound around both the rotary member (1) and stationary member (3) plural times so as to allow the rotary member (1) to turn on its axis several times; an auxiliary rotary member (2) disposed around and radially spaced from the stationary member (3), the auxiliary rotary member (2) having an engaging mechanism establishing engagement between the auxiliary rotary member (2) and the flexible cable (7); the second compartment (10) being separated into two spaces by the auxiliary rotary member (2), thereby dividing a flexible cable accommodated in the second compartment (10) into inner and outer portions; and an elastic force assist means (5) associated with the auxiliary rotary member (2) so as to generate elastic force in response to rotation of the auxiliary rotary member (2).

    • An electrical connector device includes first and second cable winding members one of which is co-rotatable with a rotatable side and the other of which is fixed to a stationary side. The first and second cable winding members are arranged with their respective centers being spaced apart from each other. An flexible cable is fixed at its one end to the first cable winding member and at its other end to the second cable winding member. The flexible cable is wound around the first winding member to form a loose winding of a plurality of turns therearound so that relative rotation between the first and second cable winding members is allowed by means of radially expanding and contracting behavior of the cable winding around the first cable winding member.
