    • A color photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a support having thereon a layer containing at least one kind of dye releasing 2-acylamino-1-naphthol derivative represented by the following general formula (I):R--L--D (I)wherein R represents a reducing group represented by the following general formula (II): ##STR1## wherein the substituents R.sub.1 -R.sub.8 are defined within the application; L represents a connecting group between R and D wherein specific examples of L are defined in the specification; and D represents a dye or a precursor of a dye. The dye releasing 2-acylamino-1-naphthol derivative of the present invention has a high dye releasing efficiency when it is oxidized. The derivative of the invention can release a dye having a good diffusibility and can provide a high dye transfer density and thus it is suitable to use as a coloring material in a color photographic light-sensitive material of diffusion transfer type. A method of forming a color image using the color photographic light-sensitive material is also disclosed.

    • A heat-developable color photographic material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a support having thereon a layer containing at least a light-sensitive silver halide and the photographic material containing an organic silver salt, a binder, a dye releasing activator and a dye releasing redox compound which releases a diffusible dye. The improvement comprises a support capable of receiving a released dye or a support having thereon a layer composed of an organic high molecular weight compound capable of receiving a released dye. The heat-developable color photographic material can easily provide a clear and stable color image by imagewise exposure to light and heat development procedure. A method of forming a color image using the heat-developable color photographic material is also disclosed.

    • A heat-developable diffusion transfer color photographic material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a heat-developable color photographic element containing at least a light-sensitive silver halide, an organic silver salt oxidizing agent and a color image forming substance and an image receiving element capable of accepting a dye which is formed or released in the heat-developable color photographic element, the heat-developable color photographic element and the image receiving element being provided on the same support or being provided on different supports respectively, and either one of these elements or both of these elements contain a microcapsule comprising a water-immiscible compound which is liquid at a temperature of not less than 120.degree. C. as a core material and a water-insoluble polymer wall.The heat-developable diffusion transfer color photographic material contains a diffusion accelerator for the dye in the microcapsule and can easily provide a transferred color image without adversely affecting the coating property and physical property of the light-sensitive element.A process for forming a color image using the heat-developable diffusion transfer color photographic material is also disclosed.

    • A dry image-forming process is disclosed. The dry image-forming process of the invention comprises heat developing a light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon at least a photosensitive silver halide, a binder, and a dye releasing redox compound said dye releasing redox compound being reductive to the photosensitive silver halide and being capable of releasing a hydrophilic dye upon reaction with the photosensitive silver halide under heating, after or simultaneously with imagewise exposure, to form imagewise a mobile hydrophilic dye and heating, after simultaneously with the heat development, the light-sensitive material together with a dye-fixing layer in the presence of a hydrophilic thermal solvent to thereby transfer the mobile hydrophilic dye onto the dye-fixing layer to form a dye image and fix the dye image. The heat development is carried out in a state containing substantially no water, and the whole of steps are carried out without particular supplying a solvent.
