摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises a prosthetic base and a plurality of prosthetic teeth, wherein the method is carried out with the use of a virtual three-dimensional dental prosthesis model of the dental prosthesis which is to be produced, and wherein the virtual three-dimensional dental prosthesis model comprises virtual prosthetic teeth and a virtual prosthetic base, including the following chronological steps: A) producing a physical occlusion plate, wherein a region of the surface of the occlusion plate is formed by a negative of the coronal sides of the virtual prosthetic teeth of the virtual dental prosthesis model, wherein the location and orientation of the virtual prosthetic teeth relative to one another corresponding to the virtual dental prosthesis model remain retained in the shape of the surface of the occlusion plate; B) placing and securing preassembled prosthetic teeth on the occlusion plate, wherein the coronal sides of the pre-assembled prosthetic teeth are placed on the surface of the occlusion plate formed by the negative; C) securing the occlusion plate, with the prosthetic teeth secured therein, in a device for the layered forming of three-dimensional plastic structures; and D) printing the prosthetic base onto the basal ends of the prosthetic teeth with the device for the layered forming of three-dimensional plastic structures on the basis of the shape of the virtual prosthetic base. The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced with such a method and a device for carrying out such a method.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for producing a dental prosthesis with the chronological steps:A) Inserting the prosthetic teeth into the prosthetic base and connecting them with it in such a way that after their insertion into the prosthetic base the prosthetic teeth have limited movability in the prosthetic baseB) Changing the position and/or the orientation of at least one prosthetic tooth in the prosthetic base;C) Fixing the prosthetic teeth on the coronal side in a key, and securing the orientation and position of the prosthetic teeth to one another in the changed position and/or orientation;D) Separating the prosthetic teeth from the prosthetic base;F) Fastening the prosthetic teeth in the prosthetic base with a cement or an adhesive, the gaps between the surfaces of the prosthetic base that are provided for fixation of the prosthetic teeth and the prosthetic teeth being filled with the cement or the adhesive; andG) Allowing the cement or adhesive to harden, the prosthetic teeth being solidly connected with the prosthetic base, so that the orientation and position of the prosthetic teeth to one another and to the prosthetic base is fixed, and separating the key from the prosthetic teeth.The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced using such a process and a kit to carry out such a process.

摘要： The subject matter of the invention is a three-dimensional molded body, in particular a milling blank, made of a polymerizable prosthetic material, which is suitable for milling machining by means of CNC and/or CAD/CAM, having a fracture toughness of greater than or equal to 1.9 Mpa·m1/2 and a fracture work of greater than or equal to 900 J/m2. The milling blank preferably comprises core-shell particles modified by an elastic phase and is optionally based on a content of urethane (meth)acrylate polymerized into the polymer. Moreover, a subject matter of the invention is the use of the milling blanks for the production of at least parts of dental prosthetic parts, such as a prosthesis, artificial teeth, bridges, or of orthodontic appliances and instruments in medical field.
