摘要： A valve module, in particular a solenoid valve for a brake system of a motor vehicle, is disclosed. The valve module includes an essentially cylindrical-shaped valve base body in which a valve needle is arranged in an axially displacable manner, and a housing cap which closes the valve base body on one end. The cap is maintained on the valve base body by at least one holding device. The maintaining device includes at least one recess on the outer surface of the cover of the valve base body into which plastically deformed material of the housing cap is introduced. A method for producing this type of valve module is also disclosed.

摘要： The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a closing element with a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention the valve insert is configured as a one-part slotted bushing, and the valve body is configured as a bonnet-shaped bushing. The valve body configured as a bushing is pressed into a second end of the valve insert configured as a slotted bushing such that the main valve seat is disposed within the valve insert.

摘要： The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. 摘要： Capped amine hardeners for epoxy resins, which are reaction products of amines A having at least two primary amino groups, cyclic alkylene carbonates B, aliphatic carbonyl compounds C and compounds D having at least two groups which react with hydroxyl groups, such that in the first step, 0.1 to 1 mol of the primary amino groups for each 1 mol of the amine A are converted to hydroxyalkylurethane groups by reaction with the cyclic alkylene carbonate B, and the remaining primary amino groups are converted by reaction with the aliphatic carbonyl compound C in a second step to give ketimine or aldimine groups, and finally in the third step at least two of the molecules formed from A, B, and C are linked through reaction of the hydroxyl groups of the hydroxyalkylurethane groups with compound D. These capped amine hardeners are suitable for formulating water-dilutable monocomponent epoxy resin systems. The amines are released by addition of water, and are available for the curing reaction with the epoxy groups. Coatings formulated on the basis of this system are characterized by a very low content of auxiliary solvent. The cured coating films show outstanding leveling and film properties.
