摘要： An apparatus for the treatment of workpieces by means of temperature and pressure shocks through the ignition of a combustible gas mixture, particularly a thermal deburring system, is proposed whose workpiece treatment chamber (1, 21, 34) consists of an outer hollow member (3, 22, 35) and an inner hollow member (4, 29, 37) which are guided one into the other and are arranged so as to be movable relative to one another, the inner hollow member (4, 29, 37) having at least one combustion space (10, 31, 32, 39, 40) for receiving the workpieces, which combustion space (10, 31, 32, 39, 40) can be brought into the area of a wall (5, 23) of the outer hollow member closing the combustion space by means of a relative movement of the two hollow members.

摘要： A mixing block (40) for mixing a combustible gas mixture, consisting of at least two components, for processing materials by means of temperature and pressure concussions, particularly for thermal deburring apparatuses, is suggested, having a gas feed borehole (43 and 44) for each gas component, opening into a mixing and ignition duct (61, 68, 69, 73, 74, 75), wherein a main valve (48, 49, 50, 51 and 52, 53) for admitting the gas components into the mixing and ignition duct (61, 68, 69, 73, 74, 75) and for closing the gas feed boreholes (43 and 44) so as to be gas-tight during the combustion process is arranged in each gas feed borehole (43 and 44). In order to protect the main valves (48, 49, 50, 51 and 52, 53) from the high pressures and temperatures occurring during the combustion process, an auxiliary valve (60, 64, 65, 66, 67), which is controlled synchronously with the main valves, is arranged between an ignition point (76) for the gas mixture and the gas feed boreholes (43 and 44) in the mixing and ignition duct (61, 68, 69, 73, 74, 75).

摘要： A gas feeding device is suggested which is used for feeding a combustible gas mixture consisting of at least two components into a combustion chamber of a thermic deburring installation for treating work pieces (3) by means of temperature and pressure shocked formed by igniting the gas mixture. The device includes a control circuit used as a dosaging device which is adjustable to different mixing ratios. The central circuit includes a through flow amount meter in each of the gas feeding lines, a measuring value comparator (31) and a dosaging valve controlled by the measuring value comparator in one of the feeding lines. Shut-off valves are provided in the feeding lines between the flow amount meters and the combustion chamber which react to a signal issued by a storage or counting device connected to one of the flow amount meters (24 or 29) in response to the flow of a preselectable amount of gas.

The combustion residues generated in the work piece finishing chamber (31) cannot reach spark plug (54) in view of the gas deceleration stage (47). Thus, a contamination of the spark plug (54) being disposed in block (30) is substantially eliminated.
