The electrode material for a fuel cell comprises an electrode base material and spherical polystyrene particles forming pores on the electrode base material through heat treatment. In the case of the electrode material according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the average particle size and content of the spherical polystyrene particles may be controlled to form pores having a uniform size on a sintering body formed of the electrode base material, and the control of the porosity thereof may be facilitated.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a solid oxide fuel cell, including: one or more unit cells, each being provided with a ceramic tubular support; a metal layer which is formed on an outer circumference of one end of each of the unit cells and collects a first electric current; a metal foam which is formed in each of the unit cells and collects a second electric current; and a manifold which is connected with one end of each of the unit cells to receive the first current collected in the metal layer and which is connected with the other end of each of the unit cells to receive the second current collected in the metal foam. The solid oxide fuel cell is advantageous in that since the metal foam and metal tube are employed, an additional current collector is not required, and the electric current generated from an internal electrode can be easily collected through a manifold by connecting the metal foam and metal tube with the manifold.

The solid oxide fuel cell includes an anode layer; a cathode layer; an electrolyte layer interposed between the anode layer and the cathode layer; wherein the anode layer includes an Si-based compound selected from a group consisting of SiC, Si3N4, and a mixture thereof. The present invention performs a role of the chain at the boundary of the anode layer and the electrolyte layer by applying the Si-based compound to the anode layer to improve the wettability of metal particles and suppressing the grain growth, thereby making it possible to improve the long-term reliability of the fuel cell.

The cell unit includes a tube support composed of a conductive material, a unit cell laminated on an outer surface of the tube support, and a current collection layer laminated on an outer surface of the unit cell. The manifold includes an inner tube supplying gas into and electrically connected with the tube support, and an outer tube provided outside the inner tube and electrically connected with the current collection layer. By the provision of a current-collectable manifold, a separate metal form or metal wire for current collection is not required.
