    • The present invention discloses a method and device for data transmission. The method comprises: an access network device determining the type of a terminal according to the information thereof, determining a data transmission mode corresponding to the terminal according to the type of the terminal, and carrying out data transmission with the terminal according to the data transmission mode. In the embodiments of the present invention, the access network device determines the types of terminals with different capabilities by obtaining terminal information, and adopts different data transmission modes to send data for terminals with different capabilities, thus it can support lower-cost and lower processing complexity M2M terminal with lower capacity than current UE, thereby promoting the large-scale application of M2M services.

    • The present invention discloses a method, system and device for implementing positioning measurement. The method includes the steps of: determining a Timing Advance (TA) report format according to obtained information on whether a User Equipment (UE) can support the measurement of the receiving-transmitting (Rx-Tx) time difference and information on whether a base station (e.g. eNB) can support the measurement of the Rx-Tx time difference of the base station and the measurement of the Rx-Tx time difference of the UE in an Enhanced Cell Identity (E-CID) positioning process of the user equipment, and after the base station processes the E-CID positioning measurement, the positioning measurement result is returned to the Evolved Serving Mobile Location Center (E-SMLC) in the determined timing advance report format. The present invention can solve the problem in the prior art that the base station can not determine a specific timing advance report format to be used for returning a positioning measurement result to the E-SMLC.

    • A method, system and device for determining the position of a user terminal are used to solve the problem that it is unable to determine the position information of the user terminal in long term evolution (LTE) systems existing in the prior art. The method of an embodiment comprises: a network side determines the measure value of timing advance (TA) according to the actual arrival time and the expected arrival time of a contention-free random access preamble sequence from the user terminal (501); the network side determines the position information of the user terminal according to the determined measure value of TA (502). The position information of the user terminal can be determined in LTE systems through employing the method of the embodiment, and then the user terminal is located.
