摘要： A heat exchange apparatus for cooling water of a fuel cell includes a body, through which a cooling water pipe having cooling water flowing therethrough to be supplied to a fuel cell stack, passes; and a heat accumulator provided in an interior of the body and filled with a PCM heat accumulation material that exchanges heat with the cooling water. The body includes a medium space provided between the cooling water pipe and the heat accumulator such that the heat accumulator is spaced apart from the cooling water pipe. The PCM heat accumulation material exchanges heat with the cooling water by a medium of the medium space.

In particular, new type of seal that can achieve maximum sealability with minimized friction force on a plunger shaft by changing the shape and structure of a seal for sealing the plunger shaft. As such, the valve provides a coolant control valve for a fuel cell stack in a fuel cell vehicle which can improve durability in addition to preventing water leakage and can contribute to reducing the manufacturing cost via reduction of the number or parts and simplification of the structure by removing peripheral parts all while sufficiently sealing the valve.

摘要： A mechanical valve for adjusting coolant flow which may be opened and closed based on the pressure of a coolant and a fuel cell cooling system using the same are provided. The valve has a mechanical valve structure to be opened and closed by the pressure of a coolant introduced into a coolant inlet and thus blocks and permits the coolant circulated to an ion filter line during operation of a fuel cell stack at the maximum output. The valve performs a coolant flow blocking function executed by a conventional electronic valve and thus a fuel cell cooling system has a simplified structure using the valve.

摘要： An ion filter lifetime perception device for a fuel cell vehicle is provided that detects a replacement lifetime of a cartridge of a fuel cell ion filter. The ion filter lifetime perception device includes a mesh tube body that is mounted in an ion filter and contains an ion resin filed therein. A checker is disposed at the mesh tube body to be movable toward a first end and a second end of the mesh tube body. The checker is exposed to the exterior of the mesh tube body and has a second end inserted into the mesh tube body. In addition, an elastic member is disposed between the second end of the checker and the first end of the mesh tube body to push the checker from the first end to the second end of the mesh tube body by elasticity.
