摘要： A method for controlling starting of a fuel cell vehicle is provided. The method includes measuring a time interval for stopping of a fuel cell and a cell average voltage of the fuel cell when the fuel cell vehicle stops. A starting mode is then switched to a catalyst activating mode when the time interval exceeds a predetermined time or the cell average voltage is greater than a predetermined voltage. The cell average voltage is decreased to be less than the predetermined voltage and the fuel cell is started by supplying air to a cathode of the fuel cell.

摘要： A fuel cell startup apparatus and method reduces high-voltage generation and corrosion of a cathode electrode that may occur because the density of oxygen is locally high in a cell near a central flow distributor after long-term parking of a fuel-cell vehicle. To this end, density control gas is selectably injected into a fuel supply line prior to supply of reaction gas of hydrogen and air in a fuel cell startup process after long-term parking to forcedly mix anode-side gas in the fuel supply line and the cell with the density control gas.

摘要： A fuel cell system and a method of controlling the system are provided. The fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell having a plurality of cells to generate power through a reaction between hydrogen supplied to an anode space and oxygen supplied to a cathode space; a power storage device to be charged with power generated by the fuel cell or discharged to supply power; and a controller. The controller recirculates hydrogen, diffused from the anode space to the cathode space, into the anode space by supplying power charged in the power storage device to the fuel cell when the power generation of the fuel cell is stopped. The controller is configured to control whether to supply the power to the fuel cell based on a pressure measured in the anode space and voltages of the cells that constitute the fuel cell.
