摘要： A microorganism test method includes: covering, with a hydrophobic capping solvent, a sample containing a specimen and a liquid culture medium, within a region in a vicinity of a sensor configured to detect a microorganism contained in the specimen; and calculating, based on an output from the sensor, information indicating a degree of growth of the microorganism contained in the specimen. For example, an analysis unit drives an array sensor in which many resonators are arranged in a matrix pattern, stores a resonance frequency of a resonator which is acquired at the time of starting the measurement as an initial frequency, and calculates a difference (frequency shift) between the initial frequency and a resonance frequency of the resonator which is measured at predetermined time intervals as information indicating a degree of growth of the microorganism contained in the specimen.

摘要： There is provided solution testing equipment which can detect an output variation of a THz oscillation device using a THz wave (hν) by contacting a liquid or cells on an RTD oscillation device, and can reduce the size and weight thereof. The solution testing equipment includes: a THz oscillation device configured to radiate the THz wave Is; a THz detection device configured to receive the THz wave Is; and a solution as a test object disposed on the THz oscillation device, in which the solution is tested on the basis of output characteristics of the terahertz wave varying in response to a relative permittivity of the solution.

摘要： The bacteria detection device includes a reservoir which stores a bacterial solution containing bacteria, a sensor which is provided on a bottom of the reservoir and configured to detect the bacteria in the bacterial solution stored in the reservoir, and a filter which is placed on a liquid surface of the bacterial solution stored in the reservoir to permeate the bacterial solution. The filter increases the concentration of the bacteria in the bacterial solution present in a detection region of the sensor by permeating the bacterial solution.
