The controlling the amount of electric power includes determining whether to compensate for the motor power equivalent to the amount of change or limit compensation for the motor power equivalent to the amount of change when the change in the rotation state satisfies a reference condition.

The failure determining section determines the voltage converter fails in a case where the difference is greater than a threshold and the passing current flows from the side of the first power circuit to the side of the second power circuit.
