摘要： A card edge connector (100) for mounted on a PCB (200) includes a longitudinal insulative housing (1) and a plurality of contacts (2, 6) arranged two arrays opposite to each other in the width direction. Each of the contacts has a retaining portion (24, 64), a contacting portion extending from the retaining portion and a soldering tail (66) extending outwards for being soldered to the PCB (200). The retaining portion (24, 64) of each array contact are coplanar to each other and disposed at a vertical plane in the longitudinal direction, while the soldering tails (26, 66) of each array contact are arranged at least three tail lines (L1, L2, L3).

The connector includes an elongated housing, a plurality of terminals retained in the elongated housing, and at least one lock mechanism for locking the daughter card. The lock mechanism has a locking portion for locking the daughter card and an elastic projection projects from the locking portion for downwardly pressing the daughter card. It can prevent the daughter card from shaking shake.

The insulating housing includes a top surface, an elongated passageway which recesses from the top surface, and a pair of ladder sections or protruding portions which protrude into the passageway for supporting the slopes. Therefore, it can enhance the stability when the electrical card is inserted into the passageway.

摘要： A card edge connector for mating with a memory card includes a longitudinal insulative housing, a plurality of contact terminals received in the insulative housing, at least one pair of ejectors and two detect pins having spring and being moveable relatively each other. The ejectors are moveable between locking station and release station. One of the detect pins defines an engaging portion protruding into an inserting slot of the insulative housing for engaging with a bottom edge of the memory card and pushing the detect pins to connect disconnect with each other. Furthermore LED is combined with the detect pins for testing if the memory card is inserted into the connector.
