摘要： Provided are a coil having excellent insulation properties, a rotating electrical machine equipped with the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. The coil (60) has a covered portion where a conductive body (602) is covered with an insulating film (612) and a stripped portion where the insulating film is stripped off, and the stripped portion is electrophoretically coated with a resin material (601). The coil (60) may have a configuration wherein segment conductors (28) each having a covered portion and stripped portion are included, connection parts are formed by the stripped portions of two different segment conductors (28) being connected at coil ends (62), and the thickness of the resin material (601) is no more than the thickness of the insulating film (612) at the boundary portion (630) between the covered portion and the stripped portion.

摘要： A rotating electric machine includes: a stator core having a plurality of slots aligned along a circumferential direction; a stator having a stator coil with an enamel coating inserted into the slots of the stator core; and a rotor rotatably arranged over the stator core through a given gap. The stator coil includes: main coils of a plurality of phases in which a plurality of segment coils each having a rectangular cross-section wire formed into a substantially U-shaped wire in advance is connected to each other; a first sub-coil having a lead wire led from the slots and attached with an AC terminal, and connected to one end of the respective main coils; and a second sub-coil having a neutral wire led from the slots, and connected to the other end of the respective main coils. The lead wire and the neutral wire are each formed of a wire with a bend structure having a plurality of straights and bends.

摘要： A rotating electric machine includes: a stator core having a plurality of slots aligned along a circumferential direction; a stator having a stator coil with an enamel coating inserted into the slots of the stator core; and a rotor rotatably arranged over the stator core through a given gap. The stator coil includes: main coils of a plurality of phases in which a plurality of segment coils each having a rectangular cross-section wire formed into a substantially U-shaped wire in advance is connected to each other; a first sub-coil having a lead wire led from the slots and attached with an AC terminal, and connected to one end of the respective main coils; and a second sub-coil having a neutral wire led from the slots, and connected to the other end of the respective main coils. The lead wire and the neutral wire are each formed of a wire with a bend structure having a plurality of straights and bends.

A plurality of stator coils 102 wound at a cylindrical stator core 101 each include leader portions led out from one of two ends of a slot along the axial direction and extending astride a plurality of slots. Lead wires 300 each formed at one end of a stator coil 102 are disposed so that their leading ends, oriented in the same direction, congregate in a single area. In a leader portion where a lead wire 300 is located, a turnback portion 400, made to turn back with an angle equal to or greater than 90° from an inclining wire portion 113, which is led out with an inclination along a predetermined direction from the slot, is formed.

摘要： The coil ends in a rotating electric machine are to be made smaller in size. A stator coil 60 inserted into a slot 420 in a stator of a rotating electric machine is formed with segment coils 28 connected to one another. In the stator coil 60, the segment coils 28 each include an insulating coated portion coated with an insulating coating, and a slit 900 or a recess is formed in the insulating coated portion of each of the segment coils 28 at a coil end 140. The slit 900 or the recess is preferably formed between a diagonal conductor portion 28D and a conductor-end straight portion 28E of each segment coil 28.
