摘要： To calculate the prediction of the power generation amount with high accuracy even when the amount of the track record data of the Generator power generation amount is insufficient or the amount of the weather track record data similar to the weather prediction result is small. A power generation amount prediction apparatus for predicting a power generation amount at a power plant that performs power generation by use of renewable energy, including: a model generation unit that generates a mathematical model of the power generation amount of the power plant in regard to each model generation time based on a weather track record and an output power track record in regard to the power plant; a similar track record data extraction unit that obtains a weather track record similar to weather prediction data and a corresponding output power track record as similar track record data; a model accuracy calculation unit that calculates accuracy of each of a plurality of mathematical models of the model generation unit in a weather condition similar to the weather prediction data; a model selection unit that selects a mathematical model to be used for the prediction by using the accuracy of each of the models; and a model output power prediction unit that predicts the power generation amount of the power plant by using the selected mathematical model.

摘要： In a power system stabilization device and power system stabilization method, an excess/shortage of control is prevented and an appropriate control suitable for the system state is enabled. A power system stabilization device including a central processing unit in which there is determined, in advance, a device subject to control necessary to maintain stability when an assumed failure in a power system including renewable energy occurs, wherein the central processing unit executes, for each of a plurality of assumed failures, a computation for determining a subject of control necessary to maintain stability at the time of the assumed failure, and determines, in accordance with an output fluctuation scenario for renewable energy pertaining to the weather, the degree of priority of performing a computation for determining a subject of control necessary to maintain stability at the time of each of the assumed failures.

摘要： With conventional technology, since calculation of system stability is performed regarding all imaginable failure cases for the combinations of all objects to be controlled to determine an object to be controlled, there has been a problem of not being able to determine an object to be controlled in all the imaginable failure cases within a calculation period due to longer calculation time. In order to solve the problem, this apparatus for stabilizing a power system is provided with: an imaginable failure scenario generation unit; a power-flow state generation unit that generates a power-flow state of the power system; a system stability calculation unit that calculates system stability of the power system; a to-be-controlled candidate calculation unit that calculates a candidate object to be controlled for stabilization of the power system; a control table calculation unit that calculates a control table; a system stability calculation requiring/non-requiring state range extraction unit that extracts a state range where stability calculation of the power system is required and a state range where stability calculation is not required; and a system stability calculation requiring/non-requiring determination unit that determines whether or not stability calculation of the power system is required.

摘要： In order to maintain a system frequency within a permissible range under limitations of the output of a power source to be controlled, a calculation device pertaining to a load-frequency-controlling device of the present invention: predicts time-series data indicating the status of individual power sources in a future control period, the prediction being carried out on the basis of system model data, system data, and renewable energy data; calculates, on the basis of power source data, and for each of the power sources, at least any one of a deviation state indicating the degree to which the time-series data deviates from the limitations and/or a surplus state indicating the degree to which the time-series data shows a surplus with respect to the limitations; resolves the deviation state; and calculates the amount of adjustment in the output of each of the power sources, on the basis of the deviation state and the surplus state, under the condition that the total output of the power sources is maintained.

In the power system voltage reactive power monitoring control device, which supplies transmission data to individual devices capable of adjusting the voltage and the reactive power of a power system, indices indicating the stability of the power system are used to determine one or more target value restrictions, information about the target value is obtained from the target value restrictions, transmission data containing information about the target value is supplied to the individual devices, and the voltage and reactive power at the relevant installation site are adjusted by the individual devices.
