    • The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device, which includes (1) providing a backlight module, a liquid crystal display panel, and a front bezel, wherein the liquid crystal display panel includes a TFT substrate, a CF substrate attached to the TFT substrate, and liquid crystal interposed between the substrates, an interval zone being formed between an edge of the TFT substrate and an edge of the CF substrate, flip chip films being mounted at intervals to the interval zone; (2) attaching cushioning tapes to the interval zone of the TFT substrate at locations other than the flip chip films; (3) assembling the liquid crystal display panel to the backlight module; and (4) assembling the front bezel to the liquid crystal display panel in such a way that the front bezel is positioned on the cushioning tapes of the liquid crystal display panel.

    • The invention relates to the field of LCDs, and more particularly to an LCD module and an LCD device. The LCD module includes a front frame, and a backplane. The front frame includes a vertical wall, and the backplane includes a horizontal wall, and a vertical wall. Because the frame of the conventional LCD module is already made very narrow, the space for further narrowing the frame width is limited; the single edge of the frame of the LCD module is narrowed by a wall thickness of the front frame or the backplane because the vertical wall of the front frame of the LCD module of the invention is conventionally aligned with the vertical wall of the backplane, and then an LCD module with a narrower frame is obtained.

    • The present disclosure relates to the field of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and more particularly to an LCD device. The LCD device includes a front frame, a backplane, and an LCD panel. The LCD panel is arranged between the front frame and the backplane. The front frame is a separate structure and at least includes two front frame units, and the at least two front frame units include a first front frame unit and a second front frame unit. The first front frame unit includes a top wall and a side wall, and the second front frame unit includes a top wall, a side wall, and a bottom wall. The second front frame unit is attached to the LCD device from the side of the LCD device, and an upper surface of the LCD panel and a lower surface of the backplane are clamped by the second front frame unit. The front frame of the present disclosure is a separate structure. The second front frame unit not only includes the top wall and the side wall, but also includes the bottom wall. The bottom wall of the second front frame unit is in contact with the lower surface of the backplane. So the second front frame unit is not slanted. Thus, the compressing force to the LCD panel is improved, and a more safe and reliable LCD device is obtained, which is particularly suitable for the LCD device with narrow frames.

    • The present invention discloses a backlight module and a liquid crystal display (LCD). The backlight module includes a backplane, a light guide plate, a heat dissipation element and a connector. The light guide plate is disposed on the side of the backplane. The heat dissipation element includes a horizontal part and a vertical part interconnected to each other. The horizontal part is disposed on the other side of the backplane away from the light guide plate, and the vertical part is disposed next to light incident surface of the light guide plate. The light source is disposed on the side of the vertical part close to light incident surface. The connector connects the heat dissipation element to the backplane and allows the heat dissipation element to move relatively to the backplane in the gap direction between the light guide plate and the light source. Through this way, the backlight module and LCD according to the present invention can effectively prevent the light guide plate to squeeze the light source and reduce the temperature of the light source.

A lower end of the abutting plate is further connected with a supporting portion for supporting the light guide plate, and a partition is formed between the supporting portion and the abutting plate.
