    • A manipulator includes a carriage, a base and a longitudinal guide for positioning the carriage. The longitudinal guide contains two guide parts attached to the base to provide a sliding mount for the carriage along an axis. A spindle is coupled to the carriage for moving it longitudinally and is provided with a rotating mount on the base. The manipulator also includes two wedge arrangements between the side parts of the base and the guide parts of the guide to center the carriage and prestress the guide parts in the direction of the axis. Each wedge arrangement comprises two cooperating slant faces one of which is an inner face of each side part of the base and the other of which belongs to a wedge which is moved with respect to the respective guide part for centering the same relative to the spindle. After completion of the centering operation the guide parts will be secured to the base, e.g. by screws.

    • An electromagnetically actuated directional control valve has a housing having a chamber, a control slider guided in the housing so as to be longitudinally movable, a restoring device centering the control slider and including a restoring spring and a spring plate, a magnet having an armature which can deflect the slider into a working position against a force of the restoring spring, a pressure tube communicating with the chamber in the housing via a pressure medium and receiving the armature. The pressure tube receives the restoring spring and the spring plate in its interior. The pressure tube also has a support which prevents the spring plate from falling out.

    • A rotor of a steam or gas turbine is equipped with rotor blades, which are held in the rotor (6) in a plurality of radial rows and comprise a blade foot 1 installed in the rotor (6), a blade leaf (2) and a cover plate (3). An open pocket (5) is prepared in the sloping surfaces of the cover plates (3) of a row of rotor blades, which the sloping surfaces are located opposite each other. The pockets (5) of two adjacent cover plates (3) form together an essentially closed cavity, which expands in the radial direction of the rotor (6). A pin, whose largest cross section is smaller than the largest cross section of the cavity but larger than the smallest cross section of the cavity, is placed freely movably into each cavity.
