摘要： A combination of a carton and a plurality of containers. The carton comprises side walls and end walls to form a four-sided enclosure having a bottom side and a top side. The side walls and the end walls have major and minor bottom flaps which form a bottom wall closure extending over the bottom side. The second side walls and the end walls have major and minor top flaps which form a top closure to provide a six-sided enclosed space. A first insert is disposed in the enclosed space and extends over the bottom closure and is supported by the bottom closure. A plurality of containers is disposed within the enclosed space and engages the first insert. A second insert overlies and engages the containers. The first and second inserts engage the tops and bottoms of the containers for retaining the containers in spaced-apart positions out of engagement with each other and in spaced-apart positions with respect to the first and second side walls and first and second end walls thereby preventing engagement of the containers with respect to each other and with respect to the first and second side walls and the first and second end walls of the carton during movement of the carton with the containers therein. The second insert is formed into two half sections which are cooperatively and removably secured to the top minor flaps and move with the top minor flaps.

Each half is comprised of counting from the first fold line a handle segment forming the first fold line, a first side wall segment adjoining the handle segment at a second fold line and having first and second side margins, a bottom wall segment adjoining the first side wall segment along a third fold line, a second side wall segment adjoining the bottom wall segment along a fourth fold line and having first and second side edges, first and second end wall segments adjoining respectively the first and second side edges of the second side wall segment. An interlocking tab assembly is carried by the first and second end margins and the first and second side margins for fastening together the first and second end wall segments of one half to the corresponding first and second end wall segments of the other half after the first and second end wall segments have been folded along the fold lines with the wall segments aligned in planes parallel to each other. The handle segments have holes therein adapted to receive the fingers of the hand.

The cells are aligned such that the first endwall of one cell from the repeating pattern abuts the second endwall of an adjacent cell of the repeating pattern to form a four-ply wall of the material. A first liner may be attached to a first side of the folded material and a second liner may be attached to a second side of the folded material.

摘要： A cup holder for receiving a hot beverage carrying a cup of the type with a rim with an open top and a closed bottom end with a tapered outwardly and upwardly extending side wall between the bottom end and the top rim. The side wall has an outer surface heated by the hot beverage in the cup. The cup holder comprises a single molded piece free of overlapping joints and free of adhesive and having at least three upstanding segments with each segment having upper and lower extremities. Hinges interconnect the three upstanding segments to retain the segments in a circular configuration with the segments being outwardly inclined to form a lower aperture which has a size substantially less than the size of the top rim of the cup and an upper aperture greater in size than the lower aperture permitting the cup holder to be nested before use. The hinges permit the lower extremity of the segments to be cammed outwardly as a cup is introduced through the upper aperture and through the lower aperture to engage the lower extremities of the segments and cam the lower extremities of the segments outwardly to thereby increase the size of the lower aperture to permit the cup to continue move therethrough and cam the upper extremities of the segments inwardly to come into frictional engagement with the side wall of the cup to frictionally retain the cup so that the cup is retained in the holder between the top rim and the bottom end.

摘要： A unitary multi-cell partition for packaging articles for use with a multi-sided carton or tray having a circumscribed space therein. The partition is formed of molded pulp and is capable of being disposed in the space and is adapted to receive the articles within the cells of the partition. The partition comprises a plurality of wall portions which are inclined from the vertical when the partition is free standing and free of the space in the carton or tray. The plurality of wall portions are arranged to provide a plurality of vertically disposed spaced-apart cells. The wall portions have upper and lower extremities and hinge portions joining certain of said upper extremities of the wall portions and joining certain of the lower extremities of the wall portions to permit bending of certain of the wall portions with respect to other of the wall portions. The wall portions of the partition form a partition which has dimensions which are greater than the space in the carton or tray whereby the partition must be compressed into a smaller size to fit within space in the carton or tray.

A cooperative seal is carried by the closure and the container for forming an air-tight seal between the rim of the closure and the lip of the bowl. A band secures the closure to the container to maintain a sealing engagement between the o-ring and the closure and the o-ring and the bowl.

The shroud comprises a plurality of shoulder-engaging members formed integral with each other and extending over the shoulders of the bottles to retain the shoulders of the bottles in spaced-apart position with respect to each other and the side and end walls of the case and retain the shoulder-engaging members in positions spaced above the labels of the bottles.

The system includes a ball for use in a sport activity comprising a lace or thread on, or adjacent to, an outer surface of the ball, and a communication element such as a wire or antenna disposed within the lace or thread, the ball's communication element being adapted to communicate via a signal received from, or sent to, one or more communication elements, such as a transmitter or receiver, disposed at or near a playing area. The playing area communication elements are adapted to communicate ball position based upon the signals sent and/or received. A processor is provided which is adapted to translate or process information received by the playing area communication elements into position, trajectory and/or movement of the ball. A method of identifying ball movement, trajectory and position and a ball for use with a ball movement and position identification system are also disclosed.
