摘要： Various embodiments for social networking influenced map generation are disclosed. One embodiment is a method for generating a map that comprises retrieving, by a computing device, location data from a mobile computing device. The method further comprises determining, by the computing device, at least one attribute corresponding to the mobile computing device according to the retrieved location data and retrieving, by the computing device, information relating to a messaging event occurring on the mobile computing device. The method further comprises generating, by the computing device, a map displaying a path of traversal of the mobile computing device based on the retrieved location data, the map further comprising at least one graphical representation relating to the messaging event, the at least one graphical representation being displayed on the path of traversal.
