摘要： A lockout device includes an inner housing and an outer housing. The inner housing has an upper end portion, a lower end portion, an arcuate outer portion extending between the upper and lower end portions, and a central bearing portion extending outward from at least one of the upper and lower end portions. The outer housing has an upper end portion, a lower end portion, an arcuate outer portion extending between the upper and lower end portions, and a central opening disposed on at least one of the upper and lower end portions and sized to receive and bear against the central bearing portion of the inner housing for telescopic rotation of the inner housing with respect to the outer housing. The outer housing is sized to at least partially receive the inner housing when the inner and outer housing are rotated to an open position.

摘要： A telescoping lockout device for encasing a gate valve, electrical connection, or similar apparatus, for the purpose of preventing unauthorized access and tampering with the apparatus. The lockout device is comprised of two nested half cylinders attached to one another through T slot that provides for telescoping of the device between an open position, where one half cylinder is nested within the other, and a closed position, where the half cylinders form a cylinder. The T slot provides a rail on one half cylinder that inserts into a track on the other half cylinder. At the ends of the T slot track and rail is an interlock. The lockout device also has locking tabs that, when the lockout device is placed in the closed position, provide overlapping locking openings into which a lock, such as a padlock, can be inserted.

摘要： Methods are provided for automatic cleaning of gripper belts and rollers within a self-service dispensing device. In an embodiment, a cleaning station located in a storage bin of the dispensing device is used to perform the automatic cleaning. The cleaning station is retrofitted into an existing storage bin of the dispensing device. In another embodiment, an interactive slot mechanism of the dispensing device is modified to hold a cleaning case and provide cleaning fluid to clean the belts and/or rollers. In another embodiment, a cleaning case contains a reservoir of cleaning fluid and a pad saturated with the cleaning fluid to clean the internal belts and roller. Furthermore the cleaning case may contain an automatic lid to maintain saturation of the pads and to keep debris from the cleaning case itself.

摘要： An induction heating system comprises inductive rings, which in one example are concentrically wound about a center axis to form a coil array. The inductive rings are situated in the coil array to permit activation of the inductive rings independent of the other inductive rings in the coil array. In one embodiment, the induction heating system includes a control structure with a power supply and switches coupled to each of the inductive rings, wherein activation of the switches permits current from the power supply to flow to the corresponding inductive ring. The induction heating system is amenable to appliances such as ovens and ranges, as well as to cooktops such as free-standing cooktops for countertops.
