摘要： The present invention provides polysubstituted pyrrole compounds, pharmaceutically effective salts, prodrugs, solvates and hydrates thereof, having antimitotic, antiproliferative and cytotoxic activity, activity against cells expressing the drug efflux protein, P-glycoprotein, or cells expressing the β-III isotype of tubulin and antitumor activity. Also provided are methods of utilizing these compounds for inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells as well as their medical use, in particular for treating cancer, including drug resistant cancer.

摘要： Network disconnections are automatically detected between a client application and a server When a disconnection is detected by either the client or server, a determination is made as to whether the disconnection is a temporary disconnection or a longer-lasting disconnection. While disconnected, attempts are made to automatically reconnect the client and server. During the disconnected period, a subset of communication functions remain operable. When the connection is restored, presence/availability information is automatically delivered to the client.

An apparatus may comprise a mobile remote control having a communications component operative to establish a wireless connection between a mobile remote control and a multimedia conference server hosting a multimedia conference event. The mobile remote control may include a mobile remote control component communicatively coupled to the communications component, the mobile remote control component operative to manage the multimedia conference event from the mobile remote control by communicating control information and media information with the multimedia conference server for the multimedia conference event over the wireless connection. 摘要： Technologies are described herein for relevance-based expiration of data. An initial expiration time for the data is computed based upon an expiration duration associated with the data. The expiration time for the data is periodically re-computed in order to extend the expiration time. A relevance value for the meeting data is computed and the expiration time is set as a function of the computed relevance value. The relevance value may be computed as a product of a user-settable relevance value for the meeting data and a dynamic relevance point for the meeting data. When the computed expiration time for meeting data has been reached, the meeting data is expired, such as through the deletion of the meeting data.

A computing device in the system causes a display device to display a graphical user interface (GUI) of the communicator application to a first user. The communicator application is an application that initiates communication sessions between users. Subsequently, the computing device receives search input via the GUI. The search input indicates a type of expertise. After the computing device receives the search input, the computing device causes the display device to display a user identifier within the GUI, the user identifier identifying a second user. The second user possesses the type of expertise indicated by the search input.
