摘要： An intravertebral widening device (4) extends from a proximal end (8) to a distal end (10) along an extension axis (X), said distal end (10) having an elastically deformable element (56) suitable to pass from a relaxed configuration for placing the distal end (10) within a vertebral body (6) to a deformed configuration for forming a cavity within said vertebral body (6). The elastically deformable element (56) comprises at least one tab (60) having, along the longitudinal extension thereof, a varying thickness relative to a radial direction incident with said extension axis (X) and contained in a perpendicular plane to said extension axis (X), such as to vary the stiffness of at least one tab (60) along the extension thereof.

摘要： An endoprosthesis for orthopaedic applications comprising a prosthesis body suitable for interfacing between a first and a second bone at a first and a second wall respectively. The prosthesis body, at least one of said walls, comprises a fixing interface suitable for favouring the osteo-integration with an associable bone, which is spaced from one of the walls of the prosthesis body by a plurality of spacer elements for forming a meatus between the interface and the wall, said meatus determining cavities and undercuts suitable for seating growing bony tissue. The fixing interface comprises a reticular structure having a plurality of meshes integrally interconnected to each other and suitable for favouring the osteo-integration.

摘要： An intervertebral stabilizing device adapted to stabilize two or more vertebral bodies one another. The device comprises two fastening elements adapted to be associated to two vertebral bodies being contiguous to each other and a junction element operatively connecting the two fastening elements. The fastening elements and the junction element gradually distribute the stresses both on the peduncles and the spinous bones of the adjacent vertebrae, so as to gradually and continuously stress the column length, thus avoiding sudden changes in load and stiffness in the borderline zones.

摘要： Multifunctional prostheses which include a prosthesis body having at least one interface wall suitable for interfacing with at least one bone tissue, and which also include a substrate are provided. Advantageously, a first covering comprising first functional groups suitable to form chemical bonds, is applied to said substrate. On the side of the first covering the substrate may include protuberances and/or recesses suitable for promoting the attachment of said first functional groups. A second covering comprising nanostructures may be applied to the first covering, on the side opposite the substrate, and an interface covering comprising molecules may be applied to the second covering on the side opposite the first covering. Second functional groups suitable to form chemical bonds, so as to strengthen the bonds between the second covering and the interface covering may be inserted between the interface covering and the second covering. Methods of making such prostheses are also provided.
