    • Interspinous distractor for percutaneous implantation comprising a central body (10) and two couples of stabilizears (14a, 14b; 14c, 14d), hinged at the end of the body (10) in order to rotate from a closed position, which assists the percutaneous implantation of the distractor, to a spread apart position, which limits its movement stabilizing it in the interspinous gap. Means are provided for causing the rotation of the stabilizears that can be operated percutaneously, in particular, by means of cam shaped elements sliding axially and adapted to engage a cam-shaped surface, or by a system of tie members, and special tools. With respect to the known distractors it can implanted end extracted percutaneously and in a much easier way.

    • An interspinous intervertebral distractor is described. The intervertebral distractor has a distraction main body to be inserted between two adjacent spinous processes to provide a corresponding support, and a first and a second pair of lateral stabilizers, rotatably connected to the main body, which pairs are arranged respectively in correspondence of or near to a first and a second end of the latter, the stabilizers of each pair being able to assume a spread apart configuration projecting with respect to the main body so as to be able to engage from a respective side the spinous apophyses, holding in position the main body itself, wherein, in such projecting configuration, each stabilizer has a tilt with respect to the frontal plane that is equal to about 30 degrees.

    • A spinal stabilization device allowing motion between adjacent vertebrae is provided. The spinal stabilization device connects at least two adjacent vertebrae using an elongated block operatively connected or compressed between the heads of two screws connected to the adjacent vertebrae. The head and the screw may be separate such that they may be componible together. A resilient tie-member is connected between two heads to keep the block in position. The tie-member is in tension to maintain the elongated block compressed. The spinal stabilization device may have a transversal tie-member that connects between the heads of two screws transverse and diagonal with respect to the spinal column.
