摘要： A catephoretically depositable aqueous coating composition is disclosed which is based on(A) 100 parts by weight of an at least partially neutralized reaction product of an epoxy groups-containing compound and an amine and(B) 5-50 parts by weight of an at least partially blocked polyisocyanate,in which composition the constituents A and B may be chemically combined, wherein the aminated epoxy compound is the reaction product of(1) 40-90 parts by weight of an epoxidized (co)polymer, i.e. a homopolymer or copolymer, having an epoxy number of 50-400 of a (cyclo)alkadiene, i.e. alkadiene or cycloalkadiene, containing 4-12 carbon atoms, which (co)polymer has an average molecular weight of 400-12,000, and(2) 60-10 parts by weight of a compound having 1-30 carbon atoms and having at least one primary or secondary amino group.The invention also relates to a method for the preparation of said aqueous coating composition and to method of depositing same.

摘要： A process for the producing a polyamidocarboxylic acid, or so-called polyamic acid, which is the prepolymer in forming a polyamide and which requires the reaction of a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with a diprimary diamine below about 50.degree.C. in an anhydrous, polar, aprotic organic solvent, characterized by an initial treatment of the dianhydride by only wetting with an inert organic solvent or by at least wetting this dianhydride with the polar, aprotic solvent and thereafter adding to the wetted dianhydride a solution of the diamine in the polar, aprotic solvent under thorough mixing, preferably within a very short period of time after treating the dianhydride. Stable polyamic acid solutions formed in this manner are useful intermediates in preparing films, filaments or other shaped polyimide products.

摘要： Waterdispersible cationic resins are formed by reacting the components comprising at least(A) an epoxidized polydiene,(B) a bisglycidylether of a polyphenol,(C) an amide compound, which is formed by one or more higher, substantially multiply unsaturated fatty acids and a polyamine and which may comprise a ketimine group or a hydroxy group, and possibly(D) an organic secondary amine and/or(E) a partially and/or fully masked polyisocyanate, which product comprises excess epoxide groups and carbon-carbon double bonds and which resins can be made waterdispersible with an acid under formation of cationic groups. A composite is provided comprising the cationic resin superposed on a conducting substrate and a method is described for forming the composite.

摘要： The invention provides for a coating composition for metal surfaces wherein the binder is made up of (A) 10-80% by weight of a solid, powdered polyamide having a softening point of 110.degree.-230.degree. C. and an average particle size of 0.5-200 .mu. m, (B) 20-90% by weight of a hydroxyl groups-containing polymer having a number average molecular weight of 800-20,000 and a hydroxyl functionality of 1.5-6, and the composition also contains a cross-linking agent for component B in an amount such that the molar ratio of the reactive groups of the cross-linking agent to that of component B is 0.6-1.5, and 40-60% by weight of an organic solvent for component B, the boiling point thereof being 140.degree.-310.degree. C. The invention also relates to a process for coating a metal surface using said coating composition.
