The chassis may also comprise a water-impermeable center sheet comprising laterally opposing side edges, an interior surface, and an exterior surface. The chassis may further comprise laterally opposing side sheets, each of the side sheets comprising first and second longitudinally extending edges. One of the first and second longitudinally extending edges of the side sheets may be disposed laterally inward of the side edges of the chassis and at least one of the layers of the side sheet may be attached to the center sheet adjacent to the side edges of the center sheet. Each of the side sheets may also comprise a longitudinally extending laterally proximal edge and a longitudinally extending first elastic gathering member attached adjacent to the proximal edge.
