摘要： This application discloses a home video capturing and monitoring system including a video camera, an executable application, and a remote server. The video camera further includes a camera configured to capture video data, a wireless antenna, a wireless transceiver coupled to the wireless antenna and configured to wirelessly communicate video data captured by the camera to a mobile phone, and one or more infrared light emitting diodes configured to illuminate a field of view with infrared light upon a determination that ambient light is low. The application is executed by the mobile phone, and configured to receive the video data captured by the camera and display the captured video data for review by a user of the mobile phone. The remote server is configured to receive, store and analyze the video data communicated from the video camera, and alert the user based on the analysis of the received video data.

摘要： This application discloses a camera module that incorporates a camera portion, a wireless antenna, a wireless transceiver and one or more infrared light emitting diodes (IR LEDs). The camera portion is configured to capture video data. The wireless transceiver is coupled to the wireless antenna and configured to communicate in a local wireless network. The wireless transceiver is configured to communicate the video data captured by the camera portion to a client device via a remote server. The client device is remote from the camera module, and the remote server is remote from the camera module and the client device. The IR LEDs are configured to illuminate a field of view with infrared light. In some implementations, the wireless transceiver is further configured to communicate the video data captured by the camera portion while the one or more IR LEDs illuminate the field of view with infrared light.

摘要： A camera module is described that incorporates a rear portion, a front portion, a camera, a wireless antenna, and a wireless transceiver. The rear portion has a substantially circular cross section with a first diameter and includes a front surface and a rear surface. The front portion has a substantially cylindrical body with a second diameter that is smaller than the first diameter and extends from the front surface of the rear portion of the camera module. The front portion also includes a front surface that is arranged opposite the rear surface of the rear portion of the camera module. The camera is configured to capture video data and is exposed at the front surface of the front portion of the camera module. The wireless antenna is arranged within the camera module. The wireless transceiver is coupled to the wireless antenna and the camera and is configured to communicate video data captured by the camera to a wireless network.
