摘要： A starch fiber produced by a spinning process and comprising:A A first amount of 1 to 100 parts of a starch melt-spinnable composition comprising1. a second amount of 56 to 96 parts of at least one modified and/or unmodified starch,2. a third amount of 4 to 40 parts of at least one destructuring agent,3. a fourth amount of 0 to 4 parts of at least one additive, selected from urea, urea derivatives, emulsifiers, lubricants, and proteins and their alkali salts,components 1, 2 and 3 totaling 100 parts; andB a fifth amount of 99 to 0 parts of at least one melt-spinnable polymer,ingredients A and B totaling 100 parts.In addition, there may also be included 0 to 20 parts of conventional additives for melt spinning compositions.The invention further relates to a process for the production of these starch fibers from this melt spinning composition, and to uses for fibers which, by modification with the starch melt-spinnable composition, have special properties.

摘要： The invention relates to a reversible thermotropic plastics molding compound. Thermotropic molding compounds of this kind are used, amongst other things, for glass and coverings for shading and light/heat regulation in houses, cars, etc. The molding compound according to the invention consists of two compounds which are not thermodynamically miscible with one another. The first component consists of a plastics material, while the second component is not liquid-crystalline and has a refractive index which is the same as the first component in the transparent range and the temperature dependency of which is different from the temperature dependency of the refractive index of the first component. On raising the temperature, the transmission of the molding compound is thus altered.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel composition of dye baths or processing baths and a process for tinting, dyeing or doping of moulded components with functional additives in these aqueous dipping baths or processing baths. The moulded components contain transparent or translucent (co)polyamides. If the moulded components should be tinted or dyed according to an embodiment of the invention, the dyeing can be performed as homogeneous dyeing or as gradient dyeing. The process according to the present invention is particularly suitable for producing high-value objects like ophthalmic lenses, sun lenses for eyeglasses, magnifying glasses, all kinds of inspection glasses, polarization films and display films, particularly if changing depths of color (gradients) are desired. This generating of a dyeing gradient requires dyeing in a dipping process, whereby the desired depth of color is achieved by multiple times of dipping the surface areas of the moulded article in the dye bath.
