摘要： A method of inspecting pressure switch for inspecting if stability and the pressure switch's setpoint are within the standard range includes steps of: providing a standard pressure generator and a pressure detector, and connecting the standard pressure generator to the pressure switch and the pressure detector. Then, provide an inspector, and create data which includes a setpoint pressure value and a pressure switch operation condition. Next, electrically connect the inspector to the pressure switch and the pressure detector. Next, standard pressure generator applies pressure on the pressure detector and the pressure switch. Record the set pressure value and the reset pressure value of the pressure switch and calculate error values between the set pressure value, the reset pressure value and the default pressure value, and judge if stability and the pressure switch's setpoint are within the standard range according the error values.

摘要： A control valve testing method comprises steps: providing a testing device, inputting data in the testing device, electrically connecting the testing device to the location transmitter installed on the control valve, the transmitter connected with a pointer of a valve spindle, the testing device providing an electric current with a testing opening to an electric current air transformer, the electric current air transformer controlling air compressor applying a specific pressure according to the current on the control valve for triggering a valve spindle action to drive the location transmitter to obtain valve spindle action strokes data, transferring the data and performing a comparison between the data with the previously inputted actual opening data for analyzing the error percentage of the actual opening and the testing opening. If the error percentage is within a tolerance range, the result is qualified, and if not, the result is not qualified.

摘要： A testing system for float liquid level transmitter includes a computation unit, an operation interface, a storage unit and a display unit. The computation unit computes basic data associated with the float liquid level transmitter to obtain corresponding standard values and the display unit displays the standard values. After a float liquid level transmitter performs measurement, the computation unit fetches displayed values measured by the float liquid level transmitter and obtain an error range by comparing the displayed values with the standard values; the computation unit analyzes the error range to provide analyzed data and determines whether the float liquid level transmitter is qualified based on the error range.

摘要： A method of inspecting switching time with fluid control valve used for inspecting operating time to turn-on or turn-off a valve door of a fluid control valve is disclosed. The method comprises following steps: firstly provide an inspector with a counting unit, a timer, a first limited switch and a second limited switch. The counting unit electrically connects to the timer and a pneumatic module of fluid control valve, the first limited switch and second limited switch connect to the timer, and the first limited switch contacts the rod of the fluid control valve rod. Then, input basic data of corresponding fluid control valve, which comprises operating conditions of the fluid control valve. Next, activate the pneumatic module and start to time, and the axial shift generated by the rod of the fluid control valve triggers the second limited switch to stop timing. Lastly, record and display operating time.
