摘要： An automatic bathroom flusher includes a flusher body, a valve assembly, an electronic control system, and a flusher cover. The flusher body includes an inlet and an outlet, and is designed to accommodate the valve assembly that controls water flow between the inlet and the outlet. The valve assembly includes a valve member movable with respect to a valve seat providing a sealing action. The bathroom flusher may include a user sensor, and one or more photovoltaic cells for supplying electrical power to the electronic control system. The bathroom flusher enables two or multiple flush volumes in automatic or manual modes, depending on a user action. The bathroom flusher may include a user interface including a button and visible LEDs.

摘要： A toilet room flush valve includes a body having an inlet and an outlet. There is a valve seat between the inlet and outlet and a valve assembly is movable within the body and positioned to close upon the seat to control flow from the inlet to the outlet. A cover is mounted upon the body and defines a pressure chamber with the valve assembly. There is a bypass connecting the inlet and pressure chamber whereby the pressure therein maintains the valve assembly upon the seat. A flex tube is fixed relative to the cover at one end thereof, with the other end of the flex tube being attached to the valve assembly remote from the pressure chamber. There is a passage in the flex tube opening to the body outlet at one end thereof. A vent passage connects the pressure chamber with the flex tube passage and a pilot controls flow through the vent passage. Movement of the valve assembly toward the cover in response to venting of the pressure chamber causes the flex tube to bend while remaining stationary relative to the cover. A filter is attached to the flex tube and controls the flow of water from the pressure chamber to the vent passage.

A drive motor is mounted on the valve body and connected to the interface to cause pivotal movement thereof. A battery for operating the drive motor is connected to a sensor mounted on the valve body, with the sensor being connected to cause the application of battery power to the drive motor.

摘要： A dunnage bag and load strap hanger apparatus includes a dunnage bag and load strap hanger and a handle mounted applicator block operative to support and affix the dunnage bag and load strap hanger. The dunnage bag and load strap hanger is fabricated from three distinct and separate parts: a generally planar support substrate and two release papers covering adhesive patches or regions on the support substrate. The support substrate in one embodiment is a sheet that is further divided into two contact members separated by a resilient coupler. Each contact member preferably has a contact body, a hanging loop distal to the resilient coupler, and in alternative embodiments an adhesive coating or other fasteners and affixers. In one alternative embodiment there is one affixing surface, and a fastener to couple two contact members together to support a load strap.
