The heating unit further includes a primary layer of thermoplastic resin material into which the electrical resistance component is inserted, the electrical insulation material is composed of first and second layers of electrical insulation material which enclose the electrical resistance component, and the primary layer of thermoplastic resin material adheres to the layers of electrical insulation material. The bonding layers include a second layer of thermoplastic resin material disposed between, and adhering to, the heating plate and the first layer of electrical insulation material.
