摘要： A method to control a carrier fluid through a service line (5) of a conditioning and/or heating system (1). The service line includes a heat exchange unit (7), a flow regulator (8), temperature sensors (9; 9a, 9b) detecting a temperature difference (ΔTi) between the carrier fluid in a first section (5a) of the service line (5) upstream of said heat exchange unit (7) and carrier fluid in a second section (5b) of the service line (5) downstream of the same heat exchange unit (7). The method includes calculating a value assumed by a control parameter (Pc) which is a function of at least one or more values assumed by the temperature difference in the transition of the flow regulator from a first to a second operating condition, for then determining whether the value of the control parameter (Pc) is higher than a threshold (S).

摘要： An assembly installable in an air conditioning and/or heating system of a room including a body (7) having an inlet opening (7a), an outlet opening (7z) and a channel (70) providing fluid communication between the inlet and outlet openings (7a, 7z). An orifice in the body (7) and shaped such that when a flow runs through the channel (70) between the inlet opening (7a) and the outlet opening (7z), a pressure difference is generated between the first region (7p) and the second region (7s) within the body (7), the first region (7p) being located upstream of the orifice, the second region (7s) downstream of the orifice. The assembly includes a meter (1) for detecting the pressure difference and a variator of at least one geometric feature of the orifice, the variator being able to arrange the orifice in different configurations, each corresponding to a respective geometric feature of the orifice.

The balancing system comprises a sensor for detecting at least a real value depending on a difference of intensity between upstream and downstream of the users, of at least a physical parameter of the fluid; the balancing system further comprises a flow regulating organ, and a control device connected to the sensor, acting on the flow regulating organ and configured for enabling memorization of at least a reference value of a same physical parameter of the fluid, comparing the reference value with the real value, commanding the regulating organ to regulate the fluid internally of the circuit such as to maintain the real value substantially aligned with the reference value.

摘要： A thermostatic device for a pipeline of a sanitary water supply or dispensing system and including a temperature meter which detects the temperature of the sanitary water entering the thermostatic device, a flow regulator which regulates a rate of sanitary water exiting from the device, and a control unit. The flow regulator operates in a first operating mode and a second operating mode. The first operating mode is a steady-state operating mode. The second operating mode is a steady-state setting operating mode in which the flow rate of sanitary water leaving the thermostatic device is a minimum flow rate. The control unit is configured to acquire, receive and/or calculate a reference temperature and arrange the switching of the operating mode when the temperature meter detects a temperature of the sanitary water greater than the reference temperature.
