    • Crumb products for preparing chocolate products are prepared by adding together, mixing and heating ingredients which include milk solids and a sugar ingredient, particularly sucrose, and which include, optionally, cocoa solids and so that the ingredients added together, mixed and heated have a moisture content between 1.2% and 8%. The ingredients added together are mixed and heated so that the ingredients being mixed are heated-up to a temperature in a range of from 85° C. to 180° C. an so that upon being heated-up to a temperature in the range which is a temperature of at least 85° C. and up to 180° C., the ingredients being mixed are maintained at a temperature in a range of from 85° C. to the heated-up temperature for a period of from 2.5 minutes to 25 minutes to provide a heat-treated reaction product, and then the reaction product is dried at a temperature of from 60° C. to 80° C., which may be performed without vacuum conditions.

    • A guided underwater object (GUO) (100) comprises steering means, an on-board guidance system (200) for controlling the steering means, and a hydrophone unit or units (104A, 104B, 104C, 104D, 104E, 104F, 104G, 104H) arranged to pass signals induced therein by an acoustic guiding beam to the on-board guidance system to effect directional control of the self-propelled underwater object. The GUO is guided by a remote guidance system characterised by a plurality of transmitter arrays (402A, 402B, 402C, 402D; 412A, 412B, 412C, 412D; 422P, 422Q, 422R) arranged to transmit a plurality of contiguous acoustic beams (302A, 302B, 302C, 302D) each having a different frequency or frequency chirp (or other acoustic signal coding) and enclosing a guidance corridor of lower sound level (‘null’) (304) extending approximately in the direction of propagation of the acoustic beams and defining a flight path of the object. The GUO requires no on-board search sensors, no communications link with the guidance system and is of low cost.

    • A solid oxide fuel cell stacking assembly is formed of a stack of fuel cell assemblies, manifolds to introduce the reactants to the fuel cell and carry away reaction products and unused reactants, and current collectors at the ends of the stack of assemblies. Each fuel cell assembly is formed of at least two fuel cell subassemblies and an interconnect subassembly disposed between each pair of fuel cell subassemblies. The current collectors at the ends of the stack are preferably in the form of terminal subassemblies. Each subassembly includes a manifold plate, an annular plate-type bellows sealed to a through-plate opening in the manifold plate, and a central element sealed to the inner diameter of the bellows. In the case of the fuel cell assembly, the central element is multilayer fuel cell plate having an electrolyte layer sandwiched between an anode layer and a cathode layer. In the case of the interconnect assembly and the terminal assembly, the central element is a metallic plate with protrusions that make contact to the adjacent fuel cell plate. The combination of the bellows and the protrusions accommodate dimensional changes within the fuel cell.
