    • The present invention provides a deshydroxy vancomycin compound,a method of its preparation and a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of the deshydroxy vancomycin and the use of the said composition in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of susceptible bacteria infections. The method includes the following steps: (1) preparing a concentrated vancomycin solution containing the deshydroxy vancomycin by fermentations of Amycolatopsis Orientalis with Deposit No. CGMCCNO.1183; (2) separating and purifing the concentrated vancomycin solution to obtain a refined filtrate of vancomycin hydrochloride containing the deshydroxy vancomycin by column chromatography; and (3) further separating and purifing the refined filtrate to obtain the deshydroxy vancomycin by chromatography. Wherein, separation and purification is processed by column chromatography in a gel chromatography column containing a salt-water mobile phase, separation and purification is processed by chromatography in a macroporous adsorption resin chromatography column containing a buffer-methanol mobile phase.

    • A method and network system for implementing user port locating in multi-machine backup scenario of broadband remote access server (BRAS) are disclosed. The method comprises: configuring master port in each backup group as user access port and synchronizing information of taking the maser port as user access port to the backup port in the backup group; a remote authentication dial in user service (RADIUS) server configuring access port information, which is set as the master port in the backup group, for the user; processing master-backup switch if the master port is abnormal and the user accessing the line from the corresponding backup port; the BRAS corresponding to the backup port encapsulating the authentication message including the access line information about digital subscriber line access multiplexer of the user access and taking the maser port as the user access port, and sending the authentication message to the RADIUS server.

    • A method of operating an automotive location system may include providing a timely warning if the system cannot satisfy predetermined performance criteria. An example method may include ascertaining a satellite-based position estimation ascertaining a dead reckoning position estimation, determining a location estimation by combining the satellite position estimation and the dead reckoning position estimation, determining a map-matching position, and determining an integrity of the location estimation by comparing a test statistic calculated by evaluating the map-matching position and the location estimation with a decision threshold based upon a predetermined location estimation accuracy specification. If the test statistic is less than the decision threshold, the system may provide the location estimation. If the test statistic is greater than the decision threshold, the system may provide an indication that the integrity of the location estimation does not satisfy the predetermined location estimation accuracy specification.
