摘要： A rotor blade for a wind turbine is provided. The rotor blade includes an elongate blade base body with a number of connecting elements each having at least one axially extending connecting portion adapted to be connected with at least one corresponding connecting portion of a rotor hub of a wind turbine, wherein the respective connecting elements are connected to at least two circumferentially extending connecting members with the connecting members being adjacently disposed in circumferential direction so as to build a ring-like shape. Further, a wind turbine with such a rotor blade is provided.

Finally, a component of a wind turbine having a fibre reinforced plastic composite is provided.

A mat is located between the contact-surfaces before the glue or resin is used to connect the elements. The mat comprises chopped fibers, which are oriented in a random manner.

The arrangement includes a channel for guiding one or more fibers passing through the channel from an inlet end of the channel to an outlet end of the channel. A fluid supply device is coupled to the channel, wherein the fluid supply device is adapted to contain a fluid. A suctioning device is coupled to the channel to suck the fluid supplied by the fluid supply device into the channel in order to wet the one or more fibers passing through. Further, a method is provided for wetting fibers with a fluid. The method includes the steps of directing one or more fibers into and through a channel, evacuating the channel and sucking the fluid into the channel, and holding the fluid in the channel while the one or more fibers are passing through the channel.
