A device for clamping a rotationally symmetrical body (10) for the purpose of machining, which device comprises a supporting element (72), against which the body (10) can be pulled, and a tie rod (64) which can act on and pull the body (10), to be clamped, axially and concentrically to the rotation axis (19, 19′) of the latter. The mounting of the tie rod (64) is designed in such a way that the tie rod (64) is axially guided with radial clearance (66) for the axial pulling movement. The tensile force (F1) of the tie rod (64) is preferably adjustable. A rotationally symmetrical body (10), in particular a rotor, which, on a first side (12), has a coupling unit (18), which is concentric with its rotation axis (19), and a bearing region (22) having at least three bearing surfaces (24) arranged concentrically to the rotation axis (19).

    • At least one layer from an oxide-ceramic superconductor material with a high transition temperature is produced on a substrate using a CVD-process. As parent materials, at least one vaporizable composition of each of the metallic components of the superconductor material is provided respectively, and these parent compositions are vaporized respectively at a predetermined temperature and with a predetermined partial pressure. In addition, at least one gaseous coreactant is provided, which is reactive with the parent compositions, the parent compositions as well as a minimum of one coreactant are dosed respectively by means of a carrier gas stream and united in a gas mixture with a predetermined mixture ratio, and to form the superconductor material, the conditions of reaction are adjusted using the energy supply for a reaction of or with the parent compositions and a minimum of one coreactant. A gaseous coreactant containing at least ammonia or organic amines is fed to the gas mixture. Gaseous water is advantageously admixed with this coreactant.

In the case of the tank flange according to the invention, the exchangeability of the main filter is simplified by virtue of the main filter being embodied as a filter cartridge. It is provided according to the invention that the inlet of the main filter extends into the first connecting duct of the tank flange and therein forms a sealed connection.
