摘要： A device is disclosed for compressing data contained in input frames to be compressed constituted of stream frames defining portions of TRAU and signaling frames that have to be transmitted within a communication network and each of which is constituted of at least a header containing control data representative at least of the type of stream frame and where applicable payload data, certain types containing critical and/or non-critical data. The device analyzes each TRAU or signaling frame header contained in successively received input frames in order to determine its type and generates periodically compressed frames to be transmitted that are divided into first and second sections of variable size. The first section contains critical data compressed synchronously and the second section contains non-critical data compressed asynchronously.

The management center (CG) includes a management module for determining a primary distribution of the resources, including assignment margins, between the radio links that it manages and previously set up between the traffic stations, as a function of first information data representing rates of occupancy per traffic type of the resources previously assigned to the radio links. Each traffic station can then determine a secondary distribution between its traffic types of the resources assigned to its radio link as a result of the primary distribution, taking account of its own rates of occupancy per traffic type.

摘要： The invention concerns a method of transmitting non-dated digital data between a transmitter and a receiver in which the data can take at least two different paths between the transmitter and the receiver and handover from one path to another occurs during transmission. In the transmitter, packets intended for the second path are transmitted only after the last packet intended for the first path has been transmitted and in the transmitter and in the receiver packets on the first or second path are delayed in order for packets on the second path to arrive after packets on the first path. It is therefore not necessary to transmit signaling to differentiate the two paths at the receiver, which can include a single demodulator.

The chain loop is fed around a first, a second, and a third rotatable sprocket. The first and second rotatable sprockets are coupled to a frame and located in a substantially aligned relationship to each other, perpendicular to a portion of the film, the third sprocket is located at a position offset from a plane defined by the first and second sprockets. The first and second sprockets can be moved from a first position to a second position and from the second position to the first position. During operation, the rotation of the third sprocket is releasably prevented, to accurately regulate the rotation of the first sprocket an indexer is provided.
